Distance Sales Agreement & Pre-Information
The general pre-contract framework for Tusula’s monthly and yearly digital subscriptions.
Purpose and pre-contract information
This page provides the general distance-sales and pre-contract framework for Tusula digital subscriptions. The plan, billing period, total price, taxes, customer details and transaction reference confirmed at checkout form part of the specific agreement.
Service provider
Service: Tusula AI visibility platform. Public contact: [email protected]. Location: İzmir, Türkiye. The provider’s registered legal title, full address, telephone, tax/MERSIS details and the customer’s order details must be presented in the checkout-specific agreement and invoice.
Subject and essential characteristics
The agreement covers access to the selected Tusula subscription and its published project, website, automation, social-generation and product-feature limits. Current plan details are displayed on the Pricing page and again before payment.
Price and payment obligation
The total monthly or yearly amount, currency, applicable taxes and any additional charge are shown before the customer places an order. The final action must clearly state that confirming the order creates a payment obligation.
Payment infrastructure
Card and supported payment transactions are processed through iyzico. Tusula does not request that customers send card data by email or support messages and does not store full card numbers or card security codes.
Electronic performance
The purchased subscription is supplied electronically to the customer account after successful payment confirmation. There is no physical shipment. The Delivery, Cancellation and Refund Policy forms part of this framework.
Term, renewal and cancellation
The agreement runs for the monthly or yearly period selected at checkout. A recurring plan renews until cancelled; cancellation stops the next renewal and does not remove mandatory statutory termination rights.
Withdrawal right
The customer is informed of the applicable withdrawal period, method and any lawful exception before payment. If performance is requested before the withdrawal period ends, the checkout must obtain any express request, information and consent required by law.
Complaints and legal remedies
Customers can contact [email protected] about payments, activation, cancellation or service quality. Mandatory applications to consumer arbitration committees, consumer courts and other competent authorities remain available under applicable law.
Confirmation and record
Before payment, the customer must be able to review and confirm the plan, price, renewal, provider, withdrawal, delivery and refund information. A copy or durable record of the transaction-specific agreement should be made available after purchase.
