Information is used to provide Tusula, secure accounts, respond to requests, deliver service communications, improve reliability, and comply with legal obligations.
Data sharing
We share information only with service providers acting on our instructions, when legally required, or during a corporate transaction with appropriate safeguards.
Payments and subscriptions
When paid plans are enabled, PayTR processes payment-card transactions. Tusula does not store full card numbers or security codes; it receives only the transaction, amount, currency and payment-status information required to provide and account for the service.
Retention and security
We retain information while accounts remain active and when required for legitimate legal or operational needs. Access controls, secure password hashing, session revocation, and activity logging protect the platform.
